At Shinjuku Craft we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order we offer a simple and straightforward refund and return process.

1. Returns
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective.

2. How to Return
To initiate a return please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error.

4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item please contact us and we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
