Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide.
When will I receive my order?
Our team typically takes up to 7 days to process and dispatch orders. Delivery can take between 7–17 business days depending on your location. Please note that customs or local postal services may cause delays. While our shipping may not be as fast as Amazon, we prioritize quality and value to ensure you’re satisfied with your order.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we cannot make any edits or cancellations. Please double-check your shipping address and order details before completing your purchase.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number as soon as possible.
I’m having trouble tracking my order. What should I do?
Tracking information may take some time to update due to carrier processing. Common reasons for delays include:

The tracking information has not been scanned or entered into the system

The package was shipped a long time ago and tracking is no longer available
If you cannot track your order after 10 business days, please contact us at contact@harajukustreetwear.com.
Important:
Harajuku Streetwear is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue store credit, refunds, or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered. If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier directly.
For suspected lost packages, please contact us after 2 months from your order date.
Missing items from my order
If your order includes multiple items, some may be shipped separately depending on stock availability. If an item is missing, please contact us with:

Please note that we cannot process requests without photos of the package and shipping label.
My tracking shows delivered but I haven’t received my package
First, check with your neighbors as your package may have been left with them.
Next, check with your local post office. Most domestic delivery issues are handled by local postal services once shipped.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in packages being sent to the wrong location. Harajuku Streetwear is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Local customs regulations
Some carriers may hold packages at your local post office for collection. If unclaimed, the package may be returned to our warehouse. Once returned, we can offer:

Reshipment of the package with additional shipping fees
Customs and VAT
Any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. If the shipment is denied due to refusal to pay fees, the buyer is responsible for the full cost.
